Mediterranean Bowl
Ingredient List:
Brown basmati rice*
Turkey bone broth*
Romaine lettuce *
Tomatos*
Beans (I use Jovial)
Black olives
Avocado
Goat Cheese*
Walnut pieces
Pre grilled chicken strips*
Herbs di Napoli Balsamic Vinegar

I cook the brown rice in Turkey bone broth from Bonafide Provisions (found in freezer section of most grocers) to make it more easily digestible for the body, give the rice some flavor, and make it more fluffy! Add the lettuce to a bowl, top with tomatoes, black olive, avocado, beans, brown rice then goat cheese and walnut pieces on top! Can add grilled chicken for some purine protein.

Protein rich, clean carbs, and performance enhancing bowl! I eat this daily whether for lunch or dinner, it is so satiating and you will feel so energized from the real foods, you’ll want to keep making it like I have 😂 This bowl has been my summer go-to meal for sure 💯 It is such good fuel before or after workouts and is perfect for a meal before bed because it’s so light and easy to digest.
