The Best Healthy Pasta (GF)
Ingredients:
Brown Rice pasta* (I buy Jovial)
Tomato*
Goat Cheese*
Black Olives
Sea Salt
Basil Olive Oil

It’s been a long time coming since I’ve had pasta solely as a meal. This brown rice pasta is seriously SO good and the closest I have found to the texture of gluten containing pasta. I just boil water over the stove with a bit of sea salt, cook pasta for 8-10 min, drain water and put in a bowl with organic sliced tomato off the vine, goat cheese, black olives, sea salt, and basil olive oil. I will say the basil olive oil totally makes the meal and is a must have! I get mine from Fig and Julep in Hyde Park, Tampa but you can also purchase it online here. You’ll want to get the 375ml - trust me!!
