1 Tbs Performance Mushroom Powder
8 oz Hot water OR Nut Milk
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Optional: Coconut whip on top!
If your body can handle heavy fat, add organic coconut cream for a creamier texture.
Make this over a stove top or from a Keurig! If using a Keurig, you may benefit from a frother component or a hand-held frother like this. For a lighter option opt for water instead of nut milk.
