Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

Organic romaine lettuce

Organic ground turkey

1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions Bone Broth

Baby bella mushrooms

1 Onion chopped

Turmeric

Sea salt

Black pepper

Top with:

Sliced Avocado 

Sliced Tomato

Kalamata olives

Line the pan with Bonafide Provisions chicken or turkey bone broth, add chopped up mushrooms and onions. Add in the ground turkey and sprinkle sea salt, turmeric, and black pepper. Let simmer and lightly chop up the ground turkey with the mushrooms and onions. I use this very helpful tool to mix/chop the meat, onions, and mushrooms. While the meat is cooking, add the romaine to a plate and top them with avocado and tomato. Once the meat is cooked, transfer portions to the romaine lettuce boats, top with kalamata olives and ENJOOOOYYYY! 

Serves 4 people

 

Even if you think you need a dressing for these wraps, think again because the flavor is incredible all by itself! I loooooove making these because they’re quick, easy, and I wake up with a flat tummy haha
